Precision Die-Cut Iron-On Patch Backing
Die cut and/or laser cut hook and loop sets. Great for patrol, rank and position patches. Stop wasting time hand-trimming messy adhesive rolls. Our precision die-cut sheets provide a factory-perfect edge every time. Specifications: Film Thickness: 0.15mm Bonding Temp: 300°F - 350°F Compatibility: Works well on fabrics, leather, patches, wood and more. APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS STEP 1: ATTACHING TO THE PATCH Alignment: Place the adhesive film onto the back of your patch or item with the paper side facing UP. Heat: Apply firm pressure for 10-15 seconds. Temperature: 300F - 350F (150C - 175C). Important: Allow the item to cool completely before moving to the next step. STEP 2: PREPARING THE SURFACE Peel: Gently remove the paper backing to reveal the adhesive film now attached to your patch. Position: Place your patch onto the garment or fabric exactly where you want it fused. STEP 3: FINAL FUSE TO GARMENT Protect: Place a pressing cloth, parchment paper, or a Teflon sheet over the patch to protect the embroidery from direct heat. Final Press: Apply firm, even pressure for 10-15 seconds at 300F - 350F. Pro-Tip: For the strongest bond, flip the garment over and press from the back for an additional 5-10 seconds. HELPFUL TIPS FOR BEST RESULTS Ensure your iron or heat press has the STEAM setting turned OFF. Use a hard, flat surface rather than a padded ironing board for maximum pressure. Allow the adhesive to "set" for 24 hours before washing the item. Please note that computer and phone screens may alter the color perception.
